# Reporting Channel: Individuals who wish to report a concern may do so through the following channels:
## Museum Director: Concerns can be reported directly to the Museum Director, who will act as the primary point of contact for all whistleblower reports.
## Board of Directors: If the concern involves the Museum Director or if the reporter is not comfortable reporting through the above channels, they may directly contact the Chair of the Board of Directors.
# Report Contents: When reporting a concern, individuals are encouraged to provide as much detail as possible, including the nature of the concern, individuals involved, relevant dates, and any supporting evidence or documentation.
# Confidentiality: The Museum will handle all whistleblower reports with sensitivity and will strive to protect the confidentiality of the reporter's identity to the extent permitted by law. However, in some cases, maintaining confidentiality may hinder the investigation or resolution of the reported concern.
