# Upon receiving a whistleblower report, the Museum will initiate a prompt and impartial investigation. The investigation may involve interviews with relevant parties, collection of evidence, and engagement of external experts if necessary.
# Protection against Retaliation: The Museum strictly prohibits any form of retaliation against individuals who report concerns in good faith. If an individual experiences any form of retaliation, they should report it immediately following the same reporting process outlined above.
# Resolution: Once the investigation is concluded, the Museum will take appropriate actions based on the findings. If wrongdoing is confirmed, the Museum will take steps to address the issue, which may include disciplinary actions, legal remedies, and implementing measures to prevent recurrence.
# Communication: The Museum will provide periodic updates to the reporter, as appropriate, regarding the status and outcome of the investigation, within the bounds of maintaining confidentiality.
