Thomas R. Suttle Son of Mr. and Mrs. John Suttle.

Married Charlotte Anne Sprouse, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W.F. Sprouse of Taylors, on September 8, 1951. Marriage announcement in The Greenville News, 23 Sep 1951, Page 26.

According to Miss Stella, who lived with them as a child, they had a daughter named Deborah who would be roughly 70 years old now.

This is going to be tricky. The first problem is that the obvious and common search result might be a different person:

Thomas Riley Suttle, born October 17, 1915, died on March 20, 1988 and is buried in Mountain View in Greer. His parents were John and Gertrude Suttle. So far, everything lines up! But his obituary indicates it might be a different person: a different career, listed as working at the JP Stevens Taylors plant; a different wife, Pauline Couch Suttle; and no mention of his daughter, Deborah.
